Maxine's Cleaning Service is a locally owned and operated business, working in and contributing to the Evansville area. We offer several types of cleaning services, lawn care, and vacation service (including caring for pets).
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our work, provided we are notified within 24 hours of our visit. If there is ever a problem, we will return as soon as possible to fix it.
We love your pets and are willing to take them out to do their business if we are provided a leash. We do ask that customers with excitable or aggressive pets tell us where they can go while we are cleaning to avoid difficult or dangerous situations.
For one time or seasonal customers, our hourly rate is $37.50
For regular customers (weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc.), our typical rates are as follows:
1 Bedroom, 1 Bath - $55.00
2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath - $60.00
2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths - $65.00
3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath - $70.00
3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths - $75.00
3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths - $80.00
3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths - $85.00
4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths - $90.00
4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths - $95.00
4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths - $100.00

Please note that these prices are based on average sized rooms and are final only after the initial walk through. A visit that includes out of the ordinary requests will be subject to the hourly rate, as will deep cleans. Problem areas may incur an additional fee.
